Tiny tots of Amrita Vidyalayam enjoyed the first festival of the year, i.e. Uttarayan– ‘The Festival of Kites’ along with Chikki Day on 13/01/2023. Students came in colourful attires for the celebration. The day was full of fun and activities. Children of UKG cheered and enjoyed flying colorful kites in the lawn area. Teachers explained the importance of this festival to the students and also sensitized them about being environment conscious and to take care of birds. Students enjoyed craft activities related to the celebration. Students enjoyed the taste of delicious homemade chikki with their peers during lunch break.
